1. Advance Payment
- A 20% advance payment is required to initiate the project.
- The advance payment is non-refundable, regardless of project status or termination.
2. Project Revisions and Additional Changes
- Revisions to the website’s existing content or design are free of charge during the development phase.
- Changes requiring the addition of new sections, pages, or major layout modifications will incur additional costs. Charges will be communicated and approved before implementation.
3. Timely Completion of the Project
- We are committed to completing the project within the agreed-upon deadline, provided all required assets, files, and approvals are delivered promptly by the client.
- Delays in providing necessary materials may result in a proportionate delay in the project timeline.
4. Hosting-Related Accountability
- We are not responsible for any issues related to website hosting, including downtime, hosting provider errors, or server-related technical difficulties.
- The client is advised to select a reliable hosting provider and consult them directly for hosting support.
5. Backup Policy
- A complete backup of the website will be delivered upon project completion.
- The client is requested to securely store this backup for future use in case of website crashes or other issues.
6. Confidentiality
- All information shared during the project, including files, credentials, and proprietary details, will be treated as confidential.
- We will not disclose or share this information with third parties without explicit client approval.
7. Client-Performed Errors
- If the client makes changes to the website independently and this results in errors, loss of functionality, or other issues, the developer will not be held accountable.
- Any requests to fix or restore the website after such edits will be billed as additional work.
8. Developer Credit
- The developer reserves the right to include a small, non-intrusive credit (e.g., "Developed by faruqweb") in the footer of the website.
- This credit may link to the developer's website or portfolio.
- The credit will remain unless explicitly requested for removal by the client prior to project completion.
9. Termination of Project
- Either party may terminate the project in writing. Upon termination, all work completed up to that point will be billed, and any remaining balance must be settled.
10. Agreement to Terms
- By proceeding with the project, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
